Review: I have just been on the phone for One and a half hours to Swinton Insurance trying to sort out a renewal .They are an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE , the cost of the call alone will probably exceed my premium .They take forever to sort the details out and put you on hold at least 20 times .TOTAL NIGHTMARE ,,, AVOID AT ALL COST …. PAY SOME ONE ELSE DOUBLE ….. IT WILL STILL BE WORTH THE LACK OF STRESS!As far as How many stars they deserve i would say Minus 5.

Review: Quoted on my van insurance including modifications. Paperwork arrived with only half the modifications listed, so I rang to correct and then they said the mods were not acceptable. Now waiting up to 14 days for a refund. Not happy.
