Review: Chap on phone kept telling me what I could do on line, time and time again, until I finally said “do you want this quote or can’t you be bothered” The website wouldn’t give me the option that I wanted, that’s why I rang. 30% more than where I am in any case. Even if it was on par, the attitude would have put me off, how difficult would it be to claim?

Review: Had a skylight blow off on my touring caravan. Been trying for 3 weeks to progress the claim for the repair and still nothing. My caravan has a temporary sheet covering the hole in the roof. A company called Davies group deals with ‘Safeguard’ claims and they are terrible. If you want to cover your caravan avoid
