Review: Have used One2One in the last coupleof years without issues until now. The management needs to be aware that the company’s internal processes allow for the breach of confidentiality to happen. I’ve received an insurance renewal notice with another customer’s personal details. I was also advised about an email with my renewal policy being sent to me end of February which was never received, so will investigate where my details were sent to as well. Logging an official complaint
